I think that the idea of her pigtails being fantastic is still a little ways off…but hey, a mama can try right? hehe.

Tomorrow I will be sharing my couple faves for 2009 (so be sure to pop back)…but for today, I leave you with my miss. 19.5 months old and every bit of wonderful. Going through all my bathroom bits…perfumes and such…one of her very favorite things. Quite the little mess maker…

I wanted to take the time to post some faves from the past year. 2009 was an amazing year for me in the world of photography. I am so thrilled to be able to spend my time doing something that I love and am very much looking forward to the year ahead. Seriously seriously excited.

These are just some of my faves from the year. A little bit of everything including some personal shots. I plan to put together a couples post this week as well…YAY!

On another note, I have not forgotten about Cans for Comments. Will be getting the total together this week and then off to the store.

Isla :: Life

Yesterday I celebrated Isla’s 17 month birthday. Well…in theory at least. I always have a little moment of celebration and of course one of sadness as the months pass. My husband thinks I am nuts to even bring up that fact that she has turned yet another month older, but lets be serious…I am holding on here people!

Such a personality this one. Sweet, feisty, determined, active and well…perfect. hehe. I must say, I feel a big change coming. I dont know what it is…but I know I will embrace this next month the way I have the many that are passed. With a celebration in my mind and a wee bit of sadness.

So much personality in such a wee little body. Thought she needed a little blog love considering much of her time here lately has consisted of tears. See…she does smile when…she is not having one of her diva moments.

Let me tell you, this girl is anything but polite when food is involved. The pure joy that she is able to find in a such a simple cookie really blows my mind. You can practically hear her attacking it.
