I too have a teacup that was my grandmas. She died ten years ago on my son's 17 birthday and I can still recall it vividly. I loved her dearly. Isn't it wonderful that we can have such beautiful memories of someone so special. Although it is very painful when they die, the memories we keep are very beautiful and I believe help us in our life. I certainly have tried to be the grandma to my grandkids that she was to me.
