Amber Hughes :: Workshop

So so long overdue.  I attended a workshop with Michele back in October.  We were able to meet with the fabulous Amber Hughes and spend a little time getting some tips and tricks on lighting…especially in the off camera department.  Amber was kind enough to take the two of us out for an afternoon and show us how she does what she does.  Of course, being a Nikon girl…I didnt get to use too much off camera lighting as we didnt have the knowledge in setting up my goods.  No matter, my brain is still full of ideas and ready to learn more.  Now its about finding the time to put it all into action.

Thank you Amber for sharing your knowledge with us.  It was wonderful to finally meet the girl behind those stunning images.  Your work is truly inspiring!  Also a big thanks to Janine and Emon, our fantastic and insanely patient models…you two are fab.

This top set was all natural light.  They were taken just tucked into that parking garage and the light was super yumma.  Janine you are stunning!
