When I found out that Beau + Sarah were going for an old fashioned carnival feel, I was instantly giddy…when I met with them a few days prior to the wedding I realized the time and effort that was going into their theme and I went from giddy to dorky excited! Sarah even made her dress. Yes the whole dress, from scratch. Amazing. Talk about a talented woman. Not only was her dress handmade, but so were all of the girls dresses thanks to Sarah’s mother and auntie.
Not a single detail was missed. I could not believe the work that went into this day. It was nothing short of amazing. When I asked Sarah about some of the goods regarding the details, she was kind enough to share with me a list everyone who played a part and I must say the list was long. Beau + Sarah are surrounded by amazing family and friends.
One of my fave moments. The couple arrived at the reception and threw down on the dance floor to I’ve got a Feelin’ by Black Eyed Peas. Not only did they dance, but the majority of guests joined them. It was fantastic. They followed it up with Irish dancers (Sarah teaches Irish dance) and also had some fab guys bustin’ moves. Loved it. Talk about setting the tone for the evening.
Thank you both for allowing me to be a part of your day and for going with the flow…even when the rain started up on us. Everything about your day was simply perfect. Michele…thank you as always. You know I love working with you.
