Happy Birthday. To me.

I can remember spending many years (especially the high school ones) wishing I could just grow up.  It seemed as if a year took an eternity!  Of course, I began to notice that the older I got…the faster the years went and this one was no exception.  Today I celebrate the big 2 – 9.  The last of my twenties.  This is it people…one more year and we are in an entirely different numeric dimension…ha.  What did that even mean?  Ah well.  I do know one thing for sure.  I am lucky.  Lucky to have the people that I have in my life.  The wonderful family and amazing friends that I find I really appreciate more as I get OLDER.  So thank you to all of those who are there for me when I need you most.  You truly make each year that much sweeter.

As for photos.  Well, tomorrow is the day for being in front of the camera and although I am excited I am also a wee bit nervous.  Today I will leave you with a photo I took last week of two of my favorite people.  I completely adore this one, especially since my husband is often not keen of allowing me to photograph him.  Thank you hun…it makes my heart smile!

I have a few other things in the works, but I need to do a little catching up first.  Eeek.  Isnt that always the way??  I think I might just take today off…you know, all things considered.  hehe.
